How should I know which video format/aspect ratio best fits my project?We know a thing or two about proper video formatting. Just specify which platform/platforms you intend to publish your video on and we'll do the rest!

Is there a required duration for running an ad on TV?Yes our advertising partner requires a minimum 3-month run to maximize your ad’s effectiveness and client reach. However there are still plenty of options besides TV advertisements for your consideration.

Can I get a refund for my TV ad project?Due to our advertising partner's policy, we require the full campaign payment upfront to secure ad space, so refunds are not available for most projects. However, we don't charge for our filming/editing services until you are happy with your video!
